- 7/19/08, 11:00-5:00 p.m. Meditation for Intuitive Development Workshop-
Everyone has the inborn ability to receive their own answers to life
guidance questions, but most of us have shut off that ability, or we don't
trust it when we do feel the right answer. The workshop is designed, through
guided imagery meditation, to bring you closer to your own sense and
connection to your true essence, your spiritual self. Class sessions will
focus on techniques that make it easier to get to the meditative state,
meeting your spiritual guides, self-healing, and developing your intuitive
nature, in a safe and protected environment. Diana will also do mini-
readings as time permits. Workshop location: Holiday Inn, 5206 State HWY 23,

- New!! Release & Renewal Workshop & Ceremony Sunday, August 10th, from 2:00-
5:00 pm at the Harmony Hill Retreat Center, in East. Meredith, NY. I am pleased to
be working with Emily Van Laeys, local author and wedding celebrant to offer you
this workshop regarding letting go of the past and discovering a new, intuitively
guided future. We all have periods of change and upheaval in our lives. At times it
is difficult to move on; we may feel powerless and we don't know which direction to
take. This workshop offers you a chance to create closure on a negative chapter in
your life in a supportive and confidential atmosphere. Diana will lead you in a
guided meditation to gain your own insights about current life situations from a
"higher self" point of view. Emily will guide the group in a Release and Renewal
Ceremony to release the attachment to painful experiences and put them in the past.
We will walk the Labyrinth as a symbolic journey from "death" to new life. To

Classes are designed to further develop your intuitive abilities by understanding
the messages that come to you through your extra-sensory perceptions. Classes are
open to those who have taken Diana;s first Guided Meditation Class, or who have a
longstanding meditation practice of their own by permission of instructor.

About 85 percent of our body systems function perfectly well without
our consciously controlling or manipulating them. Do we have more ability
to control , or change things about our physical health than we are aware of?
Meditation is clinically proven to reduce blood pressure, shorten the length
of time it takes to heal from an operation or traumatic life event, and

explore some of the science of mind-body medicine, and practice some
guided meditations to facilitate self-healing.
